Amazingly enough, it exists and its free.
I did not look for it before as I remember them not having it when I started using 64 bit OS. Yesterday, totally randomly I found out at some point Adobe released this, so as there is possibility of this post pointing it out to somebody who, like me, assumed they still did not have it, here:
